On Saturday, January 17, beginning at 5:00 AM, one of the upstream internet providers for Scott Managed Services (SMS) blended internet will perform a network upgrade in the Scott Data Center (SDC). We have been informed that this maintenance window will last 2 hours, ending at 7:00 AM Saturday. No action is required by you or your team.
Our Service Delivery team has reviewed these changes and determined that your service will have minimal impact as traffic will automatically switch to our other upstream provider. You may see a few packets drop or connections reset as traffic reroutes. Please contact us if you notice anything more than that and reference ticket # 13427.
