Scott Data will perform maintenance on one of our redundant internet edge routers on Thursday, January 25, from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM CST. There is no impact or customer action required. Traffic will automatically switch to our redundant internet edge routers. This is a follow-up to our successful maintenance on Jan. 11 to perform similar work on the other redundant router.
While disruption is not expected, you may see a few packets drop or connections reset as traffic reroutes. Please contact us if you notice anything more than that and reference ticket # 29625.
This maintenance is required to make changes to allow for growth and add future support for IPv6 to our network.
