Our support portal is not setup for account self-registration.
We already create certain users a new account as part of our customer on-boarding process. You can use the forgot password process at the login page to see if you already have an account in our system.
If you have a need for an account, you have two options.
1. Have someone within your organization with access already to submit a request on your behalf.
2. Send an email to support@scottdatacenter.zendesk.com to open a account creation request. Please be sure give us your First and Last name, what company you are with, and your email address.
