We are using a 3rd party tool called TrustCloud to manage a lot of our documents around compliance and audits. It also let us share a lot of data quickly with our auditor.
Our audit documents and policies under audit are hosted in our TrustShare portal part of the TrustCloud platform. You may head over to scottdata.trustshare.com and click the request access button to get an account setup.
