All cardholders accessing the Scott Data Center are required to enroll in our facial authentication system. Enrollment may be completed at the dedicated station next to the Scott Data Center Security Desk (6805 Pine St, Omaha, NE 68106) by following these instructions:
- Ensure you are the only person in the camera view.
- Stand approximately an arm's length from the registration system.
- Present your access badge to the reader.
- With the exception of glasses, remove or pull back hats, hair, or other accessories that could obscure your face for the camera to complete the enrollment.
- Maintaining eye contact as the unit counts down through the process of creating the profile.
- The unit will flash green when enrollment is complete.
- To confirm enrollment, test your badge at the main entrance to the data center.
