What is the address of the Scott Data Center?
Packages for Data Center customers must be addressed to 6805 Pine St, Omaha, NE 68106.
Packages should be addressed to the customer's name, not Scott Data, so we can notify the correct contact when the package is received.
Where is the Shipping and Receiving Room and the Loading Dock located?
The Shipping and Receiving Room (SDC 163) is located in the east part of Area 100. It is inside the southeast entrance of the Data Center near the loading dock. A Data Center access badge is required to enter.

Do I need to submit a service request for incoming packages?
Small packages
Our team receives packages on your behalf, and you will be notified through a Service Request when your package arrives. You do not need to submit a request in advance.
Please pick up packages promptly after receiving notification. Shipping and receiving space is limited and timely pickup helps us keep the area available for incoming deliveries. Packages that are not picked up in a timely manner may be subject to additional storage fees.
Large shipments
For large deliveries, such as multiple pallets, oversized items, or shipments consisting of multiple packages, please submit a Service Request in advance with the expected delivery timeframe.
Advance coordination allows our team to confirm that adequate space and resources are available to receive the shipment. Space is at a premium for larger deliveries and shipments that are not coordinated in advance may result in:
- Insufficient space to receive or safely unbox the delivery
- Delays or other difficulties receiving the shipment
- Additional receiving or storage fees
Extra large shipments
For extra large shipments consisting of multiple pallets or packages, please submit a Service Request with the expected delivery date and time. This gives our team advance notice to ensure there are available resources to receive the delivery.
What information needs to be included in the address on incoming packages?
To help our team notify the correct recipient of a package, please ensure the following information is included:
- Customer company name
- Note: Even if the package needs to be directed to a vendor for installation, your customer name is required so we can notify you about the package delivery because many of our customers work with the same vendors.
- Full name of receiving point of contact
Do I need to submit a ticket for outgoing packages?
Yes. Every outgoing package requires a ticket so we can coordinate with the customer on when the package or packages will be picked up.
Our team is available to help during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CT. Scheduling outside of this time or on holidays may incur fees.
Prior to the pickup time, the package needs to be properly sealed, labeled, and placed in the Shipping & Receiving Room for easy transport out to the Loading Dock.
