Scott Data offers Scott Technology Center tenants a convenient Luxer One package locker system to help streamline and protect package deliveries.
How do I set up a Luxer One account?
- To receive packages as a registered tenant, visit app.luxerone.com/login and select the Create an Account option.
- You will be prompted for your name, email address, and mailing address, including suite number.
- After registering, select Scott Data Center as your Luxer One property at 6825 Pine St, Omaha, NE 68106.
For more information and questions about Luxer One, visit www.luxerone.com/support.
Where are the Luxer One lockers located?
The lockers are located on the first floor in the central stairwell.
How should packages be addressed?
Each package that comes into the Luxer One system needs the following:
- First and last name of recipient
- Company name
- Suite number
By providing all these details, we can ensure that the correct contact is notified for package pickup.
How do I pick up a package?
When packages are delivered, Luxer One sends the recipient an email with an access code and a QR code. Using the screen on the locker, enter the access code or scan the QR code to open the corresponding locker. After retrieving your package, please remember to close the locker.
A cart is located near the lockers for your convenience. Please return the cart when you are finished using it.
If you need assistance with the locker system or retrieving a package, please submit a Service Request.
How are large deliveries handled?
Submit a service request to coordinate with the Scott Data team for receiving the delivery. Rolldoor access can be coordinated if required.
Can packages be shipped out?
The Luxer One locker system does not support outbound shipments. Outbound package shipments will need to be coordinated with the carrier directly to make pickup arrangements or the package will need to be taken to the carrier's location.
