How do I view all tickets within my organization?
Users can view tickets they have submitted or been CC’d on by clicking their name in the upper-right corner of the Support Portal and selecting Requests from the drop-down menu.
Managers who need access to all tickets submitted by their organization, or want to grant access to other members, can submit a support request to have the Scott Data team enable this feature.
Once enabled, authorized users can view all past organization tickets and update their profile settings to receive notifications when new tickets are submitted.
How do I add other people to my tickets?
To include other members of your organization in automated ticket notifications, add their email addresses to the CC field when creating or updating a ticket. Users must have a Support Portal profile to receive notifications.
Email addresses that are not registered in the Support Portal will not receive ticket notifications or updates. The original requestor must manually forward relevant updates to those individuals.
Please do not include support@scottdatacenter.com on email conversations with vendors or other third parties.
Messages from individuals who are not registered Support Portal users are not visible to the Scott Data team and will not be added to the ticket history. To share third-party correspondence with the support team, include the relevant information directly in the ticket.
