What is the process for checking visitors in/out?
All visitors are required to check in at the Scott Technology Center Security Desk with a valid government ID. Upon check-in, the visitor will be issued a visitor badge they must wear at all times while onsite.
To check out, the visitor must return the visitor badge to either the STC Security Desk or the SDC Security Desk before exiting the campus.
Visitors must be escorted at all times while on campus by a badged customer or Scott Data Staff.
How many visitors am I allowed to escort at once?
Any individual with a Scott Data access badge may escort external visitors throughout the campus.
A maximum of eight visitors may be checked in under a single cardholder at any one time on the campus.
